About
I'm Logan, a veteran real estate analyst, built environment innovation writer, and content marketer. My mission is to add expertise, understanding, and thorough analysis to a business oversaturated with unhelpful, empty hype content.I started my career in multifamily real estate: Investment roles with J.P. Morgan and several smaller developers, as well as time spent in brokerage with Cushman & Wakefield. In 2018 I pivoted to PropTech marketing and research as Propmodo's head of research. I subsequently led marketing for Bullpen, the top staffing platform for commercial real estate firms. Other clients include a huge range of PropTech businesses from pre-seed to Series C: Tenant experience, smart home automation, investment platforms, and beyond. I've also worked with leading brokers at firms like Walker & Dunlop and Institutional Property Advisors.
What I Do
Real estate development support.
Scouting and researching multifamily and mixed-use development opportunities is my earliest skill-set.Fractional BD and content marketing leadership.
I help built environment brands become category leaders by establishing winning teams, campaigns, and content funnels.Journalism: property innovation, geography, and beyond.
I'm passionate about built environment storytelling, and sometimes the best way to share a good story is to tell it myself.Pro bono marketing and media guidance for high-potential pre-seed/seed-stage PropTechs.
I periodically provide content marketing advisory for PropTech firms with compelling products. Bonus points if you're involved in sustainability, biodiversity, place-making, or housing affordability. If that sounds like you, let's chat.
